US LAB CLOSED FOR EXTREME WEATHER - MONDAY, JAN 26, 2026

We have been notified by FedEx that they are experiencing weather-related disruptions. As a result, we will experience some delays in drug testing specimen processing in the coming days.Omega Laboratories will not be receiving our regularly scheduled daily delivery today, Friday, December 19th. Anything that would be received today will be processed on Monday, December 22nd at the earliest.We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to expedite the processing of your samples once they arrive.

SAMPLE SHIPMENT DELAYS - December 19, 2025

We are aware of a continuing Microsoft service outage that impacted some Omega applications. We have implemented temporary mitigations to ensure continued access to our Extranet and oCCF applications and will continue to monitor the situation. Our mitigations will be removed when Microsoft has completed service restoration.

ATTENTION

Omega Laboratories is aware of an issue with Extranet and oCCF access. This is related directly to a global service outage in Microsoft Azure. We are actively monitoring the status of this outage, and working on a plan to bypass the affected service during this outage.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our phone system affecting call quality and connectivity.
